Questa deliziosa casetta di campagna di inizio Novecento è immersa in una vasta tenuta agricola. L’abitazione si sviluppa su due piani: al piano terra si trova la zona giorno, con camino e angolo cottura, e un bagno. Una scala a chiocciola conduce al piano superiore, dove si trova la zona notte, in cui un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo sono separati da un armadio. E’ possibile aggiungere un quarto letto o un lettino per bambini. Un secondo bagno serve la zona notte. L’esterno è attrezzato per poter pranzare e cenare all’aperto.
La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti di macchina.

This delightful cottage of the beginning of the twentieth century is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The house has two floors: on the ground floor there is the living area with fireplace and kitchenette and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads upstairs, to the the sleeping area, where a double bed and one single bed are separated by a wardrobe. It’s possible to add a fourth bed or a cot. A second bathroom is in the sleeping area. A garden table and chairs are provided to have lunch and dinner outside. You can reach the nearest beach in around 10 minutes by car.
